Shipping Policy & Delivery

1. Advance Shipping Charges Required

• No order will be dispatched or delivered without advance payment of shipping charges.
• Shipping fees must be paid at checkout (for online orders) or before dispatch (for phone or in-person orders). This ensures timely and reliable delivery.

2. Routine Orders

• All routine orders received by 2:00 PM (local time) are dispatched same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

3. Emergency Medicines (e.g., special injections, urgent prescriptions)

• Emergency requests are processed immediately, regardless of the time.
• Delivery options include same-day courier, bus delivery, or special handling, depending on the customer’s needs and location.
• Coordination with the customer will confirm the preferred delivery method and estimated arrival time.

4. Packaging & Handling

• All medications are shipped in secure, discreet packaging.
• Any injections, temperature-sensitive items, or controlled medications are handled with proper labeling, chain-of-custody documentation, and temperature control if required.

5. Tracking & Notifications

• Once dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates are provided until delivery is completed.

6. Exceptions & Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, carrier issues).
• In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and we will work to reroute or expedite the delivery.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the package must be collected by the customer, or a redelivery fee may apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure a correct and complete shipping address during order placement.
• Available to sign for delivery, if required.
• For sensitive/hazardous items (e.g., injections), ensure a responsible adult is available to receive the delivery.
